Nine short clauses covering reading, reuse and responsibility on this guide.
Reading and reusing
spainfunplayes provides editorial material about one hotel. Browse it freely for personal planning; copying, scraping or republishing it in bulk needs prior written consent from the operator, Amscot Finance, Inc. (Amscot Financial).
Minimum age
This guide expects visitors who have turned 18; in places where adulthood for such matters begins at 21, that later birthday counts.
Referral fee
A referral fee on some reservations is the only benefit we draw from writing about it.
Other companies
Room rates, taxes, deposits, extra charges and cancellation rules belong to the hotel and to booking platforms, and they can move overnight. We carry no responsibility for those businesses, for price changes, for the Catalan tourist tax or for pages outside this domain. Confirm everything with the seller before paying.
Accuracy
Facts are checked with care, yet hotels change. Opening times, renovation closures and facilities can shift with little warning.
Copyright
Words, page design and drawings here are the work of the operator, Amscot Finance, Inc. (Amscot Financial), 600 North Westshore Blvd, Suite 1200, Tampa FL 33609, US. Names of hotels and brands remain with whoever holds them and are mentioned purely to identify the property under discussion.
Remit of spainfunplayes
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. Said remit covers every page under this domain.
Jurisdiction clause
Any dispute over these terms falls under the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, where the operator, Amscot Finance, Inc. (Amscot Financial), is based at 600 North Westshore Blvd, Suite 1200, Tampa FL 33609. Should your home country grant you stronger consumer safeguards, those safeguards still stand in full.
